EMBRACE Intro Workshop

 

Our online workshop is an introduction to neuroscience and trauma-informed mindfulness practice. To participate in an EMBRACE Study Group, please watch this recording on our YouTube Channel or attend this workshop we offer on:

 

  Friday, September 13th, 2024: 2:00pm-3:30pm PST /5:00-6:30pm EST
  Saturday, September 14th, 2024 from 9:00am-10:30am New Zealand Time
